1. Cancellation Policy

Where an individual contract exists (for programs, courses and immersions) and the cancellation/rescheduling terms differ, the contract will supersede this policy.

 

a. 1:1 Appointments

Cancellations / Rescheduling with more than 24 hours notice
Clients are free to book and reschedule with more than 24 hours notice using the online scheduling system.

Cancellations (that do not reschedule) with more than 24 hours notice will receive a refund minus a 10% administration fee.

 

Cancellations / Rescheduling within 24 hours
Clients looking to reschedule within 24 hours will need to get in touch via messenger or email.

Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and Christine Parker reserves the right to refuse rescheduling without refund.

Continual rescheduling of the same appointment will result in forfeiture of the session without refund and may lead to being barred from services.

Cancellations within 24 hours (that do not reschedule) are forfeit and will not be entitled to a refund.

 

No-shows
If you do not turn up to your appointment at the designated time and did not give prior notice, the session will be forfeit and will not be entitled to a refund.

Clients are given 15 minutes from the start of their scheduled appointment time (or 5 minutes for appointments that are 30 minutes or less) to show up. After this time has passed, you will be considered a no-show and your appointment will be forfeited without refund.

Continual no-shows will result in being barred from services.

 

b. Group Courses, Programs and Events

Strictly no refunds (including no-shows). Energetic work begins immediately upon enrolment and receipt of any deposit, instalment or full payment.

All products/services/subscriptions/memberships provided by Christine Parker (formerly Quantum Ascension Temple) are intended to empower you towards personal/spiritual growth & making your own best choices. You have full responsibility for your own growth & making the appropriate choices in your life. Christine Parker is not responsible for any action or inaction on your part as a result of your session/subscription/membership/service/product and you agree to take full responsibility for your life, including your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing.

 

All sessions/subscriptions/memberships/services/products are intended to offer an insight and guidance towards personal and spiritual development, and do not in any way, constitute legal, financial, or medical advice. Any discussions pertaining to any professional, legal or medical matters is for general information purposes only. Any interaction with Christine Parker is not to be considered medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment for any condition. Do not ignore or avoid obtaining advice from a relevant qualified professional.

 

Christine Parker reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time or to discontinue a session/subscription/membership/service, without refund, if Christine Parker does not feel it is in either party’s best interests. If you present a situation or condition that is out of Christine Parker’s scope of practice, Christine Parker reserves the right to refer you to the appropriate professional for your situation.

 

If you are utilising these sessions/subscriptions/memberships/services, you agree you are over the age of 18 years old (or have received consent from a parent or guardian). 1:1 sessions are confidential, however information on abuse or crime that is revealed in a session or conversation may have to be reported to the proper law enforcement or governmental authorities. Sessions are recorded for administrative purposes and to protect both parties; if you do not agree to this, your session may not go ahead. You are also given the opportunity to provide permission for your session recording to be used for educational purposes - your response will be recorded and honoured.

 

Christine Parker makes no warranties or guarantees and cannot be held responsible or liable for your actions or inactions, as a result of a session/subscription/membership/service/product. As spiritual growth & personal development are dependant upon many factors, including the commitment of the individual, and can vary for each person, refunds will not be provided. You are completely responsible for any actions or inactions, for your life, your healing & your own development.

 

By remaining on this website, relevant social media, purchasing courses/services/products or booking any sessions, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

3. Lifetime Access

Where lifetime access to a product has been stated, lifetime access is defined by the life of the business and/or lifetime of the product itself, with a minimum of 30 days from the date of purchase. Should the product or business be discontinued at any time after the 30 days, access will no longer be available with no refund.

 

If the product is discontinued within the minimum 30 day period, a refund, minus 25% administration fee will be provided.
